Should you decide, once the evaluation has been carried out, to sell your objects at auction, the next step is to sign a consignment contract stipulating all the conditions of the transaction.

If you are a visual artist or the heir of a visual artist, you may be entitled, according to copyright law, as it has evolved over time, to collect a royalties, i.e. a royalty in the event of the resale of an original work of fine art, graphic art or photography, in principle from the person selling through the A10 house, with payment being made by the A10 house. You can request the collection of the royalties either from the collective management bodies of copyright, or from us.
